UNIOSUN Students Violently Protest Increasing Number of Missing Students

Students of Osun State University, in a violent protest, are complaining about the increasing disappearance of students in the area.
Osun State University students took to the streets in a violent protest of the incessant missing students from the higher institution.
Students were seen on Olaiya street and its environs as they burnt tires and vandalized properties to drive home their complaints, Punch reports.
A 400 level student of Microbiology Department was called out by a neighbour Sakariyau Abdulrofiu 10 days ago and his corpse was found a few days after went missing.

Dressed in black shirts and trousers, the students chanted war songs and attacked motorists and journalists covering the protest.
They invaded the NUJ Correspondent Chapel’s office at Fagbewesa and slapped a female journalist, Seun Adesokan and rough handled others for daring to take their photographs
